Services
From trauma informed traditional therapy to leading-edge neurofeedback treatment. The goal is to increase focus and concentration, reduce anxiety, depression and trauma symptoms, all while promoting a more resilient brain... so you can get back to the things you care most about.

Counselling
In today's increasingly fast paced world, we can sometimes loose touch with what truly matters - what gives us meaning and purpose and what motivates us to be the best version of ourselves. Let me help show you how to get that back.

Neurofeedback
Neurofeedback is a non-invasive treatment that encourages the brain to develop healthier patterns of activity. Your brain can change, researchers call it neuroplasticity. It can become more efficient and You can train that. With the use of instant feedback, I can show you how.

Biofeedback
Biofeedback is a mind-body therapy that uses real-time physiological data to teach self-regulation of bodily functions. By monitoring these signals with sensors, individuals learn to consciously influence processes typically considered automatic.
how long does it typically take?
ADHD: 30-40 sessions - Early improvements often seen; long term gains with consistent training
Anxiety: 20-30 sessions - Results may appear within 10 sessions; deeper regulation takes longer
Migraine: 20-30 sessions - Focuses on regulating cortical excitability, in addition to bio-feedback (included)
Depression: 25-35 sessions - Mood stabilization requires reinforcement to break old patterns
Sleep Disorders: 20-30 sessions - Improvements often seen early; consolidation requires consistency of training
PTSD: 30-50 sessions - Complex trauma may need extended training (self-regulating skills taught at beginning through bio-feedback)
OCD: 30-50 sessions - Targets rigid brainwave patterns and compulsive loops
How It Works:
Real-Time Feedback for Real Change
Small sensors are gently placed on the scalp and ears to measure brainwave activity. A computer tracks this activity and provides real-time feedback, showing when your brain is in a focused, calm, and relaxed state—what is called "the zone."
With repeated training, your brain learns to return to this state more easily—leading to noticeable improvements in learning, social interaction, workplace performance, and emotional balance.
Why Self-Regulation Matters
Self-regulation—the ability to manage attention, emotion, and behavior—is one of the strongest predictors of success in life. Neurofeedback strengthens these skills through practice and reinforcement.
Results may include:
-
Increased academic/work performance
-
Greater emotional control
-
Enhanced athletic performance
-
More confident social interactions
